Our service is delivered instantly. Refunds are generally not available once a conversion has been completed, but billing errors or duplicate payments may be reviewed.

1. Digital Service Nature

MintConvert provides instant digital services that process financial documents and generate structured data outputs. Because the service is delivered immediately upon use, refunds are generally not available once a conversion has been completed.

2. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

3. Failed Conversions

If a technical issue on our side prevents a conversion from completing successfully, the conversion attempt will not be counted toward your usage limits. In such cases, users may retry the conversion without additional charges.

4. Exceptional Refunds

Refund requests may be reviewed in exceptional circumstances such as accidental duplicate payments or billing errors. Approval of such refunds is at the sole discretion of MintConvert.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Any refunds approved by MintConvert will be issued through the original payment method used during the transaction.
