How to Import a Bank Statement PDF into QuickBooks

QuickBooks doesn't directly accept PDF bank statements. The workaround is to convert the PDF to a QBO (QuickBooks Web Connect) file first, then import via Banking → Web Connect.

Step-by-Step Guide

    Convert your bank statement PDF to QBO

    Upload your bank statement PDF to MintConvert and select QuickBooks (.qbo) as the output format. Download the .qbo file.
